These kind programs have granted us permission to broadcast their music without royal payments.  If you don’t' know what that entails, it simply means that we don't have to sign up with BMI , ASCAP and others to pay hundreds of dollars a year to play their music.

It’s not that we don’t want to give the artists money; it’s just that for that amount of money, we could broadcast every commercial recording available. (And that’s not what we are about.)

We do however, want you to patronize them and buy their works and certainly, go and visit them when you are in the area! 

These wonderful programs have donated music for broadcast and like our supporters, have not required us to submit royalty payments. ( see supporters’ notes).

Some of these programs have almost a dozen recordings and that adds up to be a nice amount of money we save by not having to purchase each recording with our meager budget.

They are the heart of this station, we love them and we want you to show your support to them at every opportunity!
